Why We Built This
Students spend hours studying inefficiently. They highlight textbooks, reread notes, and cram before exams—techniques that feel productive but produce poor long-term retention.
Meanwhile, cognitive scientists have identified methods that actually work: active recall, spaced repetition, interleaving, and more. The research is clear, but these techniques aren't widely known or easy to implement.
