What is MCP?
MCP is an open protocol that lets AI assistants connect to external tools and data sources. It's like giving your AI assistant hands to actually do things in the world.
What You Can Do
With the Scholium MCP server, you can:
- Ask Claude to generate flashcards from any text you're discussing
- Review your due cards without leaving your chat
- Search your knowledge base while working on a project
- Get study recommendations based on what you're learning
Example Prompts
Here are some things you can ask Claude when connected to Scholium:
- "Create flashcards from this chapter summary"
- "What flashcards do I have due today?"
- "Search my notes for anything about mitochondria"
- "Generate a quiz from my biology project"
